Arty Errands Biz — Terms of Service

Welcome to Arty Errands Biz. By booking services, paying a deposit, or approving a project quote, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services & Scope

• Provider Role: Arty Errands Biz provides a range of creative and digital services, including but not limited to social media management, photography, interior decoration, makeup artistry, event decoration, website design, and Google services.

• Best Efforts: I will provide all services to the best of my ability, professionally, safely, and reasonably. For physical and beauty-related services, I adhere strictly to standard health, safety, and sanitisation practices.

• Client Cooperation: You agree to provide necessary information, materials, or access in a timely manner so I can complete the work effectively.

2. Pricing, Estimates, and Materials

• Estimates: Pricing guides displayed on artyerrandsbiz.com are estimates only. Final pricing for your specific project will be confirmed in writing (via email or quote) before work begins. Flexible payment plans can be discussed for lower budgets.

• Materials & Expenses: Physical items required for a project (such as decor pieces, specialised supplies, or third-party software/domain licenses) are not included in the standard service flat rate unless explicitly stated. Any additional material costs will be quoted separately and must be approved by you before purchase.

3. Deposits and Payment Terms

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30% to 50%) is required upfront to secure your booking date and officially kick off the project.

• Final Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work or prior to the handover of final digital files/assets, as specified in your project quote.

• Late Payments: Timely payment is appreciated. Delays in payment may result in a pause on ongoing work or delivery of final assets.

• Service Fee: My labor, design, setup, and coordination services are billed as a fixed service fee outlined in your custom quote.

• Material Expenses: All supplies, props, rentals, and decor items required for your event are billed separately at actual cost.

• Material Deposit: A material deposit based on the initial project estimate must be paid prior to purchasing any supplies.

• Final Adjustments: Receipts for all purchases will be provided upon completion. Any additional costs incurred or leftover unused deposit funds will be settled on the final invoice.

• Travel Fees: You may need to pay for travel fees ontop but we can discuss that depending on different factors.
  
  

4. Revisions and Project Delivery

• Revisions: Projects include a specified number of feedback rounds (typically up to 2 rounds). Additional changes outside the original project scope will be discussed and billed at an agreed rate.

• Review Window: For creative or digital deliverables, you have 48 hours to review the final output and request minor tweaks. If I do not hear from you within 48 hours of delivery, the work will be considered fully approved and accepted.

• Delays: If project milestones are delayed due to a lack of communication or materials from your side, the final delivery deadline will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Portfolio Rights and Privacy

• Unless you request privacy in writing prior to the project, Arty Errands Biz reserves the right to photograph, document, and showcase completed work (such as makeup looks, event setups, decor, or websites) on the website and social media channels for marketing and portfolio purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability and Cancellation

• Cancellation: Either party may cancel the project with reasonable notice. If you choose to cancel after work has already commenced, your initial deposit is non-refundable. Additionally, you agree to cover any unrecovered materials purchased, plus any work completed prior to cancellation, calculated at an hourly rate of $65 per hour. A cancellation also includes the customer ending the service at any stage after work has commenced, including after receiving revisions or the completed result and deciding they no longer want to proceed or do not wish to pay because they are dissatisfied with the result.

• Provider Cancellation: If Arty Errands Biz must cancel the project before work has commenced, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued. If a project is cancelled by the Provider midway through due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be refunded the deposit for any unrendered services or unused material costs. The work already completed will be provided to the client on cancellation.

• Liability: Arty Errands Biz is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third-party platforms (like Google or hosting providers), or issues arising outside of reasonable control. For beauty services, clients must disclose any known skin sensitivities or allergies prior to the service.
